Trained and experienced as both a career coach and career counselor, I have supported hundreds of individuals, from entry level to experienced professionals, through the career and job exploration, transition and advancement process. Students and clients have appreciated my ability to motivate, empower, energize, and meet them where they are as they take the action steps toward achieving their career-life fit. 

My background includes working in higher education, business settings, and outplacement firms at organizations that include New York University, JP Morgan Chase, IMPACT Group, Hand & Associates, The Ayers Group, and Sotheby's Institute of Art. Most recently, I have been working part time at Columbia University's medical School, Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons where I support medical students through the residency planning and application process.
