Career Coaching Packages

Are you happy in your current career / profession, but looking for the next step in your trajectory?

Job Transition Package includes: 

• Four one hour sessions 
• Resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile reviews
• Interview preparation

During the sessions we will focus on defining your next step target market, showcasing your skills, experiences, and accomplishments, and developing effective job search strategies and tools. 

I can provide a sliding scale if you are currently not working

Through assessing your experiences, interests, passions, transferable skills, strengths, personality, accomplishments, and motivators / drivers, we will brainstorm potential career pathways / job targets and develop a plan of action together so you can take the action steps to fulfill your new career-life fit.

Are you a recent graduate who needs support in defining your career goals or what job / role would be the best fit for you?

Career Exploration Package includes:

• Three one hour sessions 
• Review of your resume
• Ideal Job Visualization Exercise
• Self-Assessment and Potential Targets Exercise
• O*Net and CareerOneStop Online Assessments

During the sessions we will discuss your education, job, internships, and extracurricualr activities, what motivates you, what interests you, what you are passionate about, and then brainstorm the possibilies. Included in this package is also a review of your resume and suggested revsions. 

This packages is targeted for clients who don't need comprehensive job search support, but would just like an extensive resume critique and revising of resume. 

This package includes a one hour session to discuss target market(s) and for me to qualify, clarify and quantify (if applicable) points on current resume prior to revising. 

This package also includes critique of one cover letter with descirption of job /role  target provided by client.

For clients who are not ready to commit to one of the comprehensive career coaching packages, I can provide a 1.5 hour career coaching consultation tailored to each client's need and professional goals.
